Our Terms And Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing the Zingoo website or partnering with the brand, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Franchise/Factory Setup: All factory setups are based on an estimated investment of Rs. 5,00,000, including a franchise fee of Rs. 1,60,000. Equipment and machinery provided (e.g., Soda Filling, Rinsing, and Syrup Filling machines) remain subject to Zingoo’s quality standards.
3. Intellectual Property: All branding, including the “Zingoo” name, logo, and “Taste the Tradition” slogan, are the exclusive property of Zingoo. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
4. Operating Requirements: Partners must maintain a minimum area of 600 sqft with adequate water and power facilities. A royalty fee of Rs. 720 per day (based on 960 bottles) is applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability: Profit projections (e.g., Rs. 8 margin per bottle) are estimates based on targeted production. Actual values may vary by location and marketing effectiveness.
